The ACTIVE FOUNDATIONS DRY LAND program is built off of the Canadian Sport for Life, Long Term Athlete Development Model and Cross Fit. The basis for this is the fact that kids as athletes need to learn to move their bodies in a variety of specific movements to be able to excel in their specific sport and/ or to be confident to be active everyday for the rest of their lives. The program is hockey specific.
Sessions available 4:30pm- 5:15pm and 5:30pm- 6:15pm Monday to Thursday at the Montgomery Community Hall. Sessions starting January 9th, 2012 A session is broken into 4 components. 2. Cardio 3. Circuits- a rotation thru a variety of stations where specific skills are worked on. 4. Stretch

Aug 30, 2010 What one parent says... "I just wanted to say thanks for running such a great dry land training camp. Our son loves it and is having such a great time. He excitedly talks about all the activities he does during camp on the ride home every day; even though he is absolutely exhausted!
It's obvious that you care alot about what you do, and the kids that you interact with. So thanks again!" November 2011 Team sessions are now able to be booked for the 2011/ 2012 Hockey Season.
